Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Belvak platform and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Belvak is operated by WzTechno Company (wztechno.com). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

By purchasing a subscription through our platform, you also agree to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms, as Paddle processes all payments on our behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We recommend reading these Terms carefully before creating an account.

Belvak is an all-in-one business operations platform designed for service companies. The Service includes project management, invoicing and payments, proposals, maintenance contract tracking, employee management, recruitment, client management, an AI business assistant, and analytics dashboards.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to the Service.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Account administrators can create additional user accounts and assign roles with specific permissions. Administrators are responsible for managing access within their organization and ensuring appropriate role assignments.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles refunds.

Paddle handles payment processing, subscription billing, invoicing, tax calculation, and tax remittance on behalf of Belvak. When you make a purchase, Paddle collects and processes your payment information directly. Belvak does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

By completing a purchase through our platform, you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and acknowledge Paddle's Privacy Policy. Paddle's terms govern the payment transaction, and any payment-related disputes should be directed to Paddle.

The Service, including its source code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by WzTechno Company, operating as Belvak, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

The Service is available in multiple tiers:

• Starter: free plan with core features for small teams getting started
• Professional: paid plan with advanced features, increased limits, and priority support for growing businesses
• Enterprise: custom plan with dedicated support, custom integrations, self-hosted deployment options, and SLA guarantees

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle calculates and applies applicable taxes (including VAT, sales tax, and GST) at checkout based on your location. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

For Enterprise plans, payment terms are defined in the individual service agreement between you and Belvak.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation takes effect.

All refund requests are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. To request a refund, please contact Paddle support.

EU/UK consumers: If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your initial transaction, as set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Belvak and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before termination, except in cases of severe violations.

Upon termination, we will retain your data for a period of 90 days to allow you to export it. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WzTechno Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also provide additional notice via email or an in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and close your account.
