We built Belvak because we lived the problem. Five tools, zero integration, hours wasted on admin work every week. We knew there had to be a better way.

Our Mission

From internal tool to platform -- built by people who lived the problem.

2023

The problem

We were running a service company using 5 different tools -- a PM app, a spreadsheet for invoicing, a CRM, a separate recruiting tracker, and email threads for proposals. Nothing talked to each other. We lost hours every week copying data between systems.

2024

The first version

We built an internal tool to connect proposals, projects, and invoicing into one flow. The time savings were immediate. Maintenance contracts and recruitment followed, solving problems we faced every day.

2025

Opening up

Other service companies told us they had the same problems. We rebuilt the platform for multi-tenancy, added role-based permissions, multi-currency support, the AI assistant, and 12 invoice templates.

Today

Growing together

We're onboarding our first beta users and shipping improvements every week based on real feedback. The platform is live, the pipeline works, and we're just getting started.
