Step 1 of 12

Choose a Layout

The layout controls the overall structure of your invoice - the skeleton before you add colors and details. Each layout creates a different first impression.

Classic

Traditional look with a colored line at the top. Great for formal businesses.

Modern

Clean design with a thin accent bar on the left side. The most popular choice.

Minimal

No extra decoration. Lets your content speak for itself.

Bold

Big colored header bar with white text. Makes a strong first impression.

Try the Bold layout with a dark primary color for maximum impact, or Minimal for a clean, no-frills look.

Step 2 of 12

Pick Your Colors

Colors set the mood for your invoice. Choose a primary color for headings and borders, an accent color for subtle highlights, plus text and muted tones.

Primary Color

The main accent - used for titles, borders, totals line, and key elements.

Accent Color

A softer supporting shade for backgrounds, alternate rows, and highlights.

Text Color

The main body text color for readability.

Muted Color

Secondary text for labels and less important information.

Preset colors:

Use 8 preset colors or pick any custom color with the color picker. A red primary with Bold layout looks striking!

Step 3 of 12

Choose Typography

Typography sets the tone. Serif fonts look traditional and elegant, while sans-serif fonts feel modern and clean. Pick from 7 font families and 3 sizes.

Inter

Modern & clean - perfect with Modern layout

Helvetica

Classic & neutral - works with any style

Georgia

Traditional & elegant - pairs well with Classic

Roboto

Geometric & friendly - great for tech companies

Times New Roman

Formal & traditional - ideal for legal or corporate invoices

Georgia pairs beautifully with Classic layout. Inter or Roboto work great with Modern. Choose from Small (12px), Medium (14px), or Large (16px) base sizes.

Step 4 of 12

Company Branding

Put your company's identity on every invoice. Add your company name, address, phone, email, website, and optional tax information like VAT or MOF numbers.

Company Info

Name, address, phone, email, and website appear in the header area.

Logo Upload

Upload your company logo with custom positioning and sizing.

Tax Information

Show a tax registration number (VAT, MOF, etc.) under your company info.

Your logo appears above or beside your company name. Position and resize it for the perfect look.

Step 5 of 12

Invoice Header

Customize the invoice title (use "INVOICE", "STATEMENT", "RECEIPT" - anything you need), invoice numbering with auto-increment, date formats, and alignment.

Invoice Title

Customizable title - use "INVOICE", "STATEMENT", "RECEIPT", or anything.

Auto-Increment Numbering

Automatic sequential numbers with custom prefix and padding (e.g. INV-0042).

Date Format

Choose from 4 date formats: DD MMM YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, DD/MM/YYYY.

Position & Alignment

Place the invoice title and number on the left, center, or right.

Set padding to 4 and start at 1 to get numbers like INV-0001, INV-0002, INV-0003 - clean and professional.

Step 6 of 12

Client Information

The "Bill To" section shows who you're billing. Toggle which fields appear - name, email, phone, address, project name, and tax ID. Optionally add a "Ship To" section.

Bill To Fields

Toggle 6 client fields: name, email, phone, address, project name, tax ID.

Custom Section Label

Rename "Bill To" to match your terminology.

Ship To Section

Optional separate address block for shipping physical goods.

Turn off Phone and Email for a cleaner look when you don't need them on the invoice.

Step 7 of 12

Payment Details

Show your clients exactly how to pay you. Add multiple payment methods - bank transfers, PayPal, credit card, crypto - each with a label and details.

Multiple Methods

Add unlimited payment methods, each with a label and value.

Flexible Format

Bank name + IBAN, PayPal email, credit card info - any format you need.

Toggle Visibility

Show or hide the entire payment section per template.

Add "Bank Transfer" with your IBAN and "PayPal" with your email. Payment details appear next to client info.

Step 8 of 12

Items Table

The main line items table with customizable columns, border styles, row numbers, alternate row colors, and item grouping by category.

Column Labels

Customize headers for Description, Quantity, Unit Price, and Amount.

Border Styles

Choose Full Grid, Horizontal Lines, or No Borders for the table.

Row Numbers

Add automatic row numbering to each line item.

Alternate Row Colors

Stripe every other row with your accent color for readability.

Group by Category

Organize items into groups with category headers.

Turn on Alternate Row Colors with Full Grid borders for a spreadsheet-like professional look.

Step 9 of 12

Totals & Pricing

Configure the totals section with currency selection (6 currencies), subtotal, tax with custom rates, discounts (percentage or fixed), and a customizable total label.

Currency

Choose from USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, AED, SAR - symbol before or after the amount.

Subtotal

Toggle the subtotal line before tax and discounts.

Tax

Add a tax percentage that gets calculated automatically with a custom label.

Discount

Apply percentage or fixed-amount discounts with custom labels.

Total Label

Rename "Total Due" to "Amount Payable", "Balance Due", or anything.

Turn on Tax at 15% and watch the total jump! Then add a 10% Discount to see it come back down.

Step 10 of 12

Footer

Add terms & conditions, notes, bank details, a thank-you message, and page numbers to the bottom of your invoice.

Terms & Conditions

Custom title and content for your payment terms.

Notes

Additional notes visible to the client.

Bank Details

Bank name, account number, SWIFT code - formatted as you like.

Thank You Message

A closing message like "Thank you for your business!"

Page Numbers

Show "Page 1 of 1" at the bottom of multi-page invoices.

You can also upload a digital stamp or seal image - position and rotate it to look like a real rubber stamp!

Step 11 of 12

Watermark

Add a large, faded text watermark behind the invoice content - perfect for marking invoices as DRAFT, PAID, CANCELLED, OVERDUE, CONFIDENTIAL, or any custom text.

Preset Text

Quick-pick from DRAFT, PAID, CANCELLED, OVERDUE, CONFIDENTIAL, COPY, VOID.

Custom Text

Type any watermark text up to 20 characters.

Color & Opacity

Choose from 5 preset colors or any custom color. Adjust opacity from 2% to 20%.

Rotation & Size

Rotate from -60° to 0° and choose Small, Medium, or Large font size.

Try "PAID" in green at 15% opacity and -15° rotation for a satisfying stamp effect.

Step 12 of 12
