Belvak is operated by WzTechno Company. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which serves as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles all checkout, payment processing, and invoicing on our behalf.

2. General Refund Policy
All payments for Belvak subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all refund requests in accordance with their Buyer Terms.
If you would like to request a refund, please contact Paddle directly through their support page. Paddle will review your request and process it in accordance with their refund policy.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. There are no cancellation fees.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to all paid features until that date, and no further charges will be applied after the cancellation takes effect.
4. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your initial transaction without giving any reason, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. The 14-day period begins from the date the transaction is completed.
If you exercise this right, you will receive a full refund of the relevant charges you have paid, unless during that 14-day period you started downloading, streaming, using, or benefiting from the product, and during your transaction you agreed for the product to be made available before the end of that 14-day period.

5. How Refund Requests Are Processed
To request a refund, please contact Paddle support. As our Merchant of Record, Paddle manages the entire refund process. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Our Starter plan is free and does not require payment information. We encourage you to explore the platform using the Starter plan before committing to a paid subscription.
No refund is necessary for the free plan as no charges are involved.
