Start on the Free plan with a single user account. It runs your full proposal to invoice pipeline with no time limit. When your team grows, Professional is $49 per month including 5 users, then $8 per extra user.

The Free plan includes 1 user, unlimited clients and projects, the full proposal, project and invoicing pipeline, all 12 invoice templates, 5 AI proposal generations per month, 200 MB of file storage, and a 200 MB project archive with SFTP uploads. Professional features stay visible inside the app, just locked, so you can always see exactly what an upgrade unlocks.

Integrations are a Professional plan feature. Professional lets you connect Stripe to accept online invoice payments, Slack to send notifications to your channels, QuickBooks Online to sync your books, and Zapier to automate your client, invoice, and payment workflows, and upcoming integrations unlock on the same plan. On Free, the Integrations tab stays visible in Settings, just locked, until you upgrade.

Professional is a flat $49 per month and includes 5 users. Additional users are $8 per user per month. On annual billing the price drops about 20% to $39 per month, with additional users at $6. There are no per-module charges and no minimum seat count.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll keep access to Professional features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan and your records are preserved (see the downgrade question below for how project archive files over the Free limit are handled).

The Free plan is for a single user. Professional includes 5 users and scales to any team size at $8 per additional user per month. For teams of 30 or more, the Custom plan offers volume pricing.

Self-hosting is available on the Custom plan with pricing based on your team size and requirements. You provide the infrastructure, we provide the software, installation support, and ongoing updates. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.

Custom plan customers get dedicated migration assistance, including custom import scripts for tools like Scoro, Productive.io, or spreadsheets. On other plans, contact us and our team will help you bring your data across.

Your business records are never deleted. If you downgrade from Professional to Free, clients, projects, invoices, and the rest of your data are retained, but Professional-only modules become inaccessible until you upgrade again. The one exception is project archive files: if your archive holds more than the Free plan's 200 MB, it turns read-only and you get a 60-day window, with email reminders, to download or trim files before the archive contents are removed.

Yes. You can switch to annual billing anytime and the 20% discount applies immediately. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
